About Aigeas Seafood
The story of Aigeas Seafood begins four generations ago, when our lives were tied to the sea.
Our ancestors, fishermen in the Thermaic Gulf and the Aegean, raised us with the waves and taught us to respect the sea and its bounty.
Over time, this love turned into knowledge — and that knowledge into creation.
From fishing we moved on to mussel farming and, later, to modern seafood processing, always with the same dedication that accompanies us to this day.

Premium Quality Blue Crab Broth – Concentrated Stock (Callinectes sapidus)

Aigeas Seafood blue crab broth is produced exclusively from fresh blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) caught in the Aegean Sea (FAO 37.3.1).Processing takes place immediately after harvesting, in our own facilities, so that the natural taste and aroma of the sea remain intact.The recipe is intentionally neutral, without vegetables, flavourings or flavour enhancers – only water, crab and 1% salt – so that every chef can build their own creation, adapting the broth to the style of their cuisine.Ideal for sauces, risotto, soups, bisque and all professional seafood applications.

Aigeas Seafood blue crab meat comes from fresh blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) caught in the Aegean Sea (FAO 37.3.1) and processed immediately in our facilities, so that the natural flavour and texture of the meat are preserved. The product is intentionally neutral, without additives, flavourings or flavour enhancers, so it can be easily adapted to any professional kitchen. Ideal for salads, pasta, risotto, sandwiches, bruschetta or tapas fillings and any gourmet creation based on crab.
