Aigeas Seafood blue crab broth is produced exclusively from fresh blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) caught in the Aegean Sea (FAO 37.3.1).Processing takes place immediately after harvesting, in our own facilities, so that the natural taste and aroma of the sea remain intact.The recipe is intentionally neutral, without vegetables, flavourings or flavour enhancers – only water, crab and 1% salt – so that every chef can build their own creation, adapting the broth to the style of their cuisine.Ideal for sauces, risotto, soups, bisque and all professional seafood applications.
