Blue Crab Meat
Aigeas Seafood blue crab meat comes from fresh blue crabs (Callinectes sapidus) caught in the Aegean Sea (FAO 37.3.1) and processed immediately in our facilities, so that the natural flavour and texture of the meat are preserved. The product is intentionally neutral, without additives, flavourings or flavour enhancers, so it can be easily adapted to any professional kitchen. Ideal for salads, pasta, risotto, sandwiches, bruschetta or tapas fillings and any gourmet creation based on crab.
